TERMS OF SERVICE

City Park provides a technology platform that connects intending travellers with BEST Undertaking. It doesn’t operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the User. The bus ticket which City Park issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the BEST Undertaking .

The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the BEST Undertaking and City Park has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.

In its role as a technology platform to facilitate transactions between the BEST Undertaking and the Users, City Park shall not be responsible for the operations of the BEST Undertaking, Timely departure or arrival of the bus, conduct of BEST Undertaking 's employees, representatives All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.

*Monthly Pass Terms :*

Eligibility & Application Process Eligibility: The pass is available to all age groups. Application: Applicants must complete an application form, either online or at the park office, and provide necessary identification or proof of eligibility. 2. Validity & Duration Duration: The monthly pass is valid for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase. Renewal: Passes can be renewed at any point before or after expiration, with no prorating for unused days. 3. Fee Structure Cost: Clearly outline the monthly pass fee, with potential discounts for seniors, children, veterans, etc. Payment Methods: Acceptable payment options (e.g., online, credit card, cash at the park office). Refund Policy: No refunds unless due to extraordinary circumstances like park closure. 4. Access & Usage Entry: The pass grants unlimited entry during park hours for the pass holder. Non-transferable: The pass is for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred. Lost Passes: Replacement of lost or stolen passes will incur a fee of ₹50, and identification must be provided. 5. Identification Pass holders must present a valid government-issued ID or other forms of identification when entering the park with the pass. In cases of family passes, each family member must have their identification linked to the pass. 6. Park Rules & Regulations Adherence to Park Rules: Pass holders must comply with all park regulations, including hours of operation, prohibited activities, and respect for nature and wildlife. Code of Conduct: Any violation of park policies may result in revocation of the pass without a refund. 7. Restrictions Parking: Parking is not included in the pass and could require separate permits or fees. Special Events: The pass does not cover entry for special events unless explicitly stated. 8. Health & Safety COVID-19 Protocols: If applicable, the pass holder must follow all current health and safety regulations (e.g., social distancing, masks). Emergencies: The park reserves the right to close for public safety reasons (e.g., weather conditions), and the pass does not guarantee refunds in such cases. 9. Cancellations & Revocation Cancellation Policy: Monthly passes cannot be cancelled. Revocation: The park management reserves the right to revoke passes for rule violations or misconduct. 10. Benefits & Add-Ons Perks: Include possible benefits like discounts or participation in park programs. Add-Ons: Offer add-on services like parking or additional family members at discounted rates.
