Ticket or pass once issued, money will not be refunded or pass/ticket will not be transferred to another user under any circumstances. CityPark is not responsible for any purchase of monthly/quarterly pass for an incorrect source and destination.
For some reason, if money is deducted and the ticket/pass is not issued, a refund will be initiated automatically and the money will be credited back to your account used for the transaction.
For online pass/mobile tickets, applicable refund will be credited to the passenger's credit card/net banking account used for booking the ticket within 7 working days.
